  • How to use the 5S program and a visual display dashboard to facilitate the actual change and clutter cleanup process in your workspace through the use of Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize and Sustain through Safe and effective processes including the implementation of INITIAL necessary Visual Controls and Visual Management Systems. You can straighten up bins, use tape as markers, scrap outdated processes, and improve overall mental health. This extends throughout your business, applying the 5S Methodology to your manufacturing process, assembly lines, suppliers, workstations, shelves, and pathways for a safe work environment.
  • How to determine, arrange, and document location for Visual Management System locations
  • Teach participants across the entire organization the importance of Visual Management as it relates to Lean principles like lean manufacturing in an effort to effectively transfer knowledge for optimal sustainability
  • How to develop Visual Control and Visual Management Center standard to be utilized and replicated across each of the designated locations for improvement. You may want to use a commissioner or shadow board to encourage compliance for audits so you don’t miss targets.
  • Train on the importance of SIMPLE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) and agree upon metrics to be posted in Visual Management Centers. This can improve metric visibility, inspire positive change, a go a long way to developing a lean organization through a culture of continuous improvement.
